This option combines underpasses and overpasses, aiming for a cost-effective yet efficient model. Instead of a full multi-level system, selective underpasses and bridges would manage the busiest traffic streams.

    • Less costly compared to a full-scale cloverleaf or three-level flyover.

    • May not fully eliminate congestion during peak hours.
